  • May be deleted earlier upon request

  • Deletion is logged in our Client Data Log

For Candidates

We collect, process, and store candidate data strictly for the purpose of providing recruitment services. This may include CVs, contact information, work history, salary expectations, and portfolio links. Data is only shared with client companies after obtaining explicit consent. All candidate data is:

  • Collected lawfully and transparently

  • Used solely for job placement and related communication

  • Stored securely in GDPR-compliant systems

  • Accessible for correction or deletion upon request

Candidates may withdraw consent at any time and request the erasure of their data. If no placement occurs, data will be deleted after 24 months from the last recorded consent or communication. All deletion actions are logged internally in the Candidate Data Log.

Freelance recruiters operating on behalf of Ellipse Recruitment Services are bound by strict Data Processing Agreements and confidentiality obligations to ensure full compliance.

 

For Clients

Client-related data (e.g., names, emails, job descriptions, company preferences) is collected for the sole purpose of enabling recruitment activities. This data is:

  • Used to facilitate communication and service delivery

  • Stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel

  • Never shared outside the agency without consent

Client data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of last consent or engagement unless earlier deletion is requested. All deletion actions are documented in the Client Data Log.

 

We uphold strong internal data management protocols, ensure that all users with access to personal data receive appropriate training, and regularly review our compliance measures. Ellipse Hub OÜ remains the legal Data Controller and responsible party for data processing activities.
